Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rPg,,lar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers ,
Vasiliou Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None --•

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-717
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
T.H. 169 FRONTAGE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 833
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Provide additional traffic signal loop detection at the 13th Avenue
Intersection.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for T.H. 169 Frontage Road Improvements, City Project
No. 833 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for T.H. 169 Frontage Road Improvements, City
Project No. 833, by adding $3,630.00 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $456,330.96
Previous Change Orders 1,437.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 3,630.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$461,398.46
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the followin voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and -Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
