Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of Nnvemher ,
1989. The following members were present: Maynr S hneide - Cnunrilmemherc ,
VasilioL Ric iter and Sisk
The following members were absent: Nana
Vnnnrilmamhar Sicek introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-716
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
T.H. 169 FRONTAGE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 833
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Installation of traffic barrier along T.H. 169 and revise location of one
street light.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for T.H. 169 Frontage Road Improvements, City Project
No. 833 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for T.H. 169 Frontage Road Improvements, City
Project No. 833, by adding $1,437.50 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $456,330.96

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur _ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
