HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-713CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November , 1989. The following members were present: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Rick?r and 71tur The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89- 713 REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL MOONFY LAKE AREA - SANITARY SEWER CITY PROJECT NO. 834 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and F.F. Jedlicki, Inc., as contractor, have entered into an agreement for Mooney Lake Area Sanitary Sewer Improvements, City Project No. 834, said agreement being dated July 14, 1989; and WHEREAS, the Engineer Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 6 Associates, Inc., has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the final request for payment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the original contract amount was $50,610 and the value of the work to date is $43,454.90. 2. That the work performed by the Contractor for the Mooney Lake Area Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final payment. 3. Request for Payment No. 3 and Final in the amount of $2,854.85 to F.F. Jedlicki, Inc. for the Mooney Lake Area Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou . and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, RirUpr and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
