Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou
Ricker. Zitur. and Sisk..
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-710
REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 11127
WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No. 88-467 special assessments were levied
by the City Council for Project No. 544, Fernbrook Lane North of Co. Rd. 9 for Street.
and Utility Improvements; end
WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel 15-118-22-23-0008 legally described as: South 268 feet of
the West 231 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 15, Township 118,
Range 22. Except roads, appealed the special assessment and the City Attorney and the
property owner have reached an agreement on a settlement of the appeal; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the City of Plymouth modify the assessment roll and the
property owner will withdraw their special assessment appeal;
,NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the assessments be reduced in the following amount as they apply to
each parcel here listed:

2. That the revised assessments shall be spread in accordance with the terms
of Levy No. 11127.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmemherc vaciliQu- Ricker, Z4tur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
