HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-700CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of November 1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-700 AMENDING CONDITIONS TO BE MET RELATED TO FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PLYMOUTH MEADOWS ADDITION FOR DAVID DAHL (88112) AS APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 89-195 AND 89-196 WHEREAS, the City Council on April 17, 1989, approved the final plat and development contract for Plymouth Meadows Addition as requested by David Dahl; and WHEREAS, that approval required the furnishing of a financial guarantee and the award of contracts to construct the necessary sewer and water before building permits could be issued within the subdivision; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested that Lots 3, 4, and 5 be excepted from this requirement since they already have public street and utilities. 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does amend the development contract and Resolution 89-196 as follows: I. Condition No. 3 of Resolution 89-196 does not apply to Lots 3, 4, and 5. 2. Condition No. 6.1 of the development contract does not apply to lots 3, 4, and 5 and building permits can be issued after the completion of the storm sewer and the grading of all three lots in accordance with the approved plans and as certified as completed by the City Engineer.
