Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day
of Novembar19,$2— The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-692
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR HOST DEVELOPMENT/AL STOBBE
FOR HERITAGE RIDGE PLAT TWO LOCATED SOUTH OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE AND
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (89036) (RPUD 87-2)
WHEREAS, Host Development/A1 Stobbe has requested approval for Final Plat for
Heritage Ridge Plat Two consisting of 38 single family lots and I outlot
located south of West Medicine Lake Drive and Northwest Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Host Development/Al Stobbe for Heritage Ridge Plat
Two consisting of 38 single family lots and 1 outlot located south of West
Medicine Lake Drive and Northwest Boulevard; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by. councilmember Zitur "and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Schneider. Councilmembers
Vasilio�Bicker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
