Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r vutar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnes to was held on the 6th day of November ,

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 687
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
SWAN LAKE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a certain utility and drainage easement i"
Swan Lake West Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for November 6,
1989 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of November 6, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on November 6, 1989 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a certain utility and drainage
easement in Swan Lake West Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following utility and drainage easement be vacated:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 118,
Range 22, except the South 829.50 feet of the West 240.00 feet thereof,
judicial land marks having been set at the southeast corner, the southwest
corner and the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter.
The permanent easement for utility and drainage purposes over, under,
across, and through that part of the above described parcel which lies 20
feet on each side of the following described line: Commencing at the
northeast corner of Section 15; thence southerly along the East line of
said section having an assumed beai_ng of North 01 degrees 38 minutes 50
seconds East a distance of 735 feet; thence 140 feet along a line having a
• bearing of South 58 degrees 30 minutes West; thence 162 feet along a line
having a bearing of West; thence 241 feet along a line having a bearing of
North 56 degrees 30 minutes West to the actual point of beginning; thence

150 feet along a line having a bearing of South 65 degrees 30 minutes West;
thence 325 feet along a line having a bearing of South 56 degrees 30
minutes West; thence 108 feet along a line having a bearing of South 45
degrees West; thence southerly along a line having a bearing of South to
its intersection with the South line of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 15 and there terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
None
passed and adopted.
