Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of October 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmember— s asiliou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
he following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-682
APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION FOR
WAYZATA WRESTLING CLUB
WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by
Wayzata Wrestling Club for raffles to be conducted on November 22, 1989; December 2,
1989; December 19, 1989; January 25, 1990; and February 20, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that it hereby approves the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Wayzata Wrestling Club for
the five dates requested; and the City Clerk is directed to notify the State Charitable
Gambling Control Board of this approval.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk �, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
