the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of October , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasillou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Zitur _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-680
RATIFYING A 1990-1992 LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PLYMOUTH POLICE SERGEANTS
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Public Employee Labor Relations Law, Plymouth Police
Sergeants and the City of Plymouth have met to negotiate terms and conditions of
employment; and
WHEREAS, as a result of these negotiations, agreement has been reached on various terms
and conditions of employment for 1990, 1991 and 1992 as set forth in the City Manager's
memorandum dated October 12, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, anu hereby does, ratify the 1990-1992 Labor Agreement
Between the City of Plymouth and Plymouth Police Sergeants; and
FURTHER, authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute and implement the provisions
of said agreement.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
