HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-678CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of October , 1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z`ouncilmembers asiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-678 APPROVING EXECUTION OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH TROSSEN WRIGHT AND ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS FOR FIRE STATION I (PROJECT 825) WHEREAS, the City Manager in his memorandum of October 12, 1989 has recommended that the City enter into an Architectural Service Agreement with Trossen Wright and Associates Architects for professional services related to design of Fire Station I; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's memorandum and the draft agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED OY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City, an agreement with Trossen Wright and Associates Architects for professional services related to Fire Station I (Project 825). The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
