Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
October , 1989. The following members were present: ,

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 666
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
SWAN LAKE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Jeffrey A. Shopek, representing Kings
North Corporation, has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easement:
Parcel Description
The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15,
Township 118, Range 22, except the South 829.50 feet of the West
240.00 feet thereof, judicial land marks having been set at the
southeast corner, the southwest corner and the northwest corner of
said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter.
Description of Easement to be Vacated
The permanent easement for utility and drainage purposes over,
under, across, and through that part of the above described parcel
which lies 20 feet on each side of the following described line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Section 15; thence southerly
along the East line of said section having an assumed bearing of
North 01 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 735
feet; thence 140 feet along a line having a bearing of South 58
degrees 30 minutes West; thence 162 feet along a line having a
bearing of West; thence 241 feet along a line having a bearing of
North 56 degrees 30 minutes West to the actual point of beginning;
thence 150 flet along a line having a bearing of South 65 degrees
30 minutes West; thence 325 feet along a line having a bearing of
South 56 degrees 30 minutes West; thence 108 feet along a line
having a bearing of South 45 degrees West; thence southerly along
a line having a bearing of South to its intersection with the
South line of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 15 and there terminating.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
November 6, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilisember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schnatdar, r..,u11--41401-

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
