HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-665Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1bth-- day of October 1919__ The following members were present: mor Schneider. The following members were absent: None Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 89-665 APPROVING WORK PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF STUDY OF THE PARKS AND TRAILS ELEMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY BRAUER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. WHEREAS, the City has received a proposed work program from Brauer A Associates, Ltd. dated September 25, 1989 providing for the preparation of a study of the Parks and Trails Element of the Comprehensive Plan; and, WHEREAS, said study is required to continue the update of the Comprehensive Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the work program and proposal submitted Brauer & Associates, Ltd. dated September 25, 1989, by the terms of which the firm is to provide consulting services for the preparation of a study and report of the Parks and Trails Element of the Comprehensive Plan at a cost not -to -exceed, $4,000 plus expenses; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a sum not -to -exceed $4,000 plus expenses be and the same is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to finance this study and report. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Ricker. Zitur. Sisk and Mayor Schneider The following voted against or abstained Vasiligu Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.----
