Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of
October 1982_ The following members were present: mor Schneider.
Councilmembers Ricker. Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-663
APPROVING WORK PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING
PREPARATION OF STUDY OF THE WASTE CONTROL/SANITARY SEWER ELEMENT OF
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposed work program from Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik & Associates dated September 25, 1989 providing for the preparation
of a study of the Waste Control/Sanitary Sewer Element of the Comprehensive
Plan; and,
WHEREAS, said study is required to continue the update of the Comprehensive
Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the work program
and proposal submitted Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates dated
September 25, 1989, by the terms of which the firm is to provide consulting
services for the preparation of a study and report of the Waste
Control/Sanitary Sewer Element of the Comprehensive Plan at a cost not -to -
exceed, $25,200;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a sum not -to -exceed $25,200 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the Sewer Fund to finance this study and report.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that draft reports shall be prepared for review by City
Council on December 4, 1989.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Ricker,. Zitur.
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.----
