HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-646CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the loth day of Ogtober, 1989 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89- 646 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR JESSE PRIEM FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13625/13627 FIFTH AVENUE NORTH (89084) WHEREAS, Jesse Priem has requested approval for a lot division for the creation of two lots, one for each half of a duplex structure for property located at 13625/13627 Fifth Avenue North; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 3, Block 4, Carlson Center 3rd Addition. To be divided as follows: PARCEL A: That part of Lot 3, Block 4, CARLSON CENTER THIRD ADDITION lying westerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 3 distant 60.00 feet westerly along said north line from the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 0 degrees 49 minutes 08 seconds East, assumed bearing, parallel with the east line of said Lot 3 a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 19 degrees 45 minutes 58 seconds West 51.20 feet to the south line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. PARCEL g: That part of Lot 3, Block 4, CARLSON CENTER THIRD ADDITION lying easterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 3 distant 60.00 feet westerly along said north line from the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 0 degrees 49 minutes 08 seconds East, assumed bearing, parallel with the east line of said Lot 3 a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 19 degrees 45 minutes 58 seconds West 51.20 feet to the south line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. (see next page) Resolution No. 89-646 File 89072 Page Two FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: xa*or SrhrPiaprO rmincilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker.
