Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd_ day
of Oct. , 19—B.2- The following members were present:
Schneider Sisk, Zitur, Ricker Vas liou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 604
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CRAIG SCHERBER FOR SWAN LAKE
WEST LOCATED WEST OF WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE AT 44TH AVENUE NORTH (89025)
WHEREAS, Craig Scherber has requested approval for Final Plat for Swan Lake
West located west of West Medicine Lake Drive at 44th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Craig Scherber for Swan Lake West located west of
West Medicine Lake Road and 44th Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Schneider, Sisk, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
