HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-599CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of October, 1919_ The following members were present: Mayor Schne de - CatinelImpmbprn Vaci1inns. Rirlrar- Zitnr and Sisir The following members were absent: none Councilmember zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89-599 APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (88035) WHEREAS, School District #284 has requested approval of an amended Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Plymouth Creek Elementary School located at the southwest corner of County Road 9 and Vicksburg Lane to specifically delete screening of roof top mechanical equipment. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the request of School District #284 for an amended Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for Plymouth Creek Elementary School located at the southwest corner of County Road 9 and Vicksburg Lane to delete screening of roof top mechanical equipment subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 3. Compliance with all applicable conditions of Resolution 88-389 approving the original Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit. 4. The Conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed annually and the screening shall be installed if the City Council determines, in its sole discretion, that the screening of the roof top equipment is needed. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CouncilmPmhar Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers 71tur and Ricker The following voted against or abstained c unci m mh rnyaciliou & sirk Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
