Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
October , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Sisk ,
The following members were absent: Hone
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 595
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89- 594
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
LOT 11, BLOCK 4 PARKERS LAKESIDE SECOND A6DITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage utility
easement within Lot 11, Block 4 Parkers Lakeside Second Addition by Resolution
No. 89-544 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until the 6 foot drainage and utility easement over Lot 10, Block 4 Parkers
Lakeside has been received by the City in recordable form.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rn»nrilmomhar Rirlrar , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, ,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
