• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rp&n1 ar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of October
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schnpidpr- rnjincilmamharc ,
uAcilin,., Rirlrar- 74r»r and Sisk
The following members were absent: Nnna
s ounellmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-594
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 11 BLOCK 4 PARKERS LAKESIDE SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a certain utility and drainage easement in
Lot 11, Block 4 Parkers Lakeside Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for October 2,
1989 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of October 2, 1989 and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on October 2, 1989 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a certain utility and drainage easement
in Lot 11, Block 4 Parkers Lakeside Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement is not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following utility and drainage easement be vacated:
The south 4 feet of the north 10 feet of Lot 11 Block 4 Parkers :akeside
Second Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rmmri1mamhar Rir• ar , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Maynr Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
