Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the day of September ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. ,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmemher Zitttr introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 589
APPROVING APPRAISALS FOR EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS
CITY PROJECT NO. 912
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has authorized the undertaking of City Project 912 Harbor
Lane Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the use of the Eminent Domain Statutes and the
Quick Take Procedure in order to acquire the necessary right-of-way in a timely manner;
and
WHEREAS, the City has obtained an appraisal report of the damages to be incurred by Lot
7 Block 1 of Glen Grove Acres as a result of the project; and
WHEREAS, BCL Appraisals, is a professional real estate appraisal firm properly
certified with appropriate credentials; and
WHEREAS, the appraisal report is in the proper form and prepared in accordance with
professional appraisal standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the appraisal for the damages to said Lot 7, Block 1 Glen Grove Acres
in the amount of $8,000 is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
