Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, A regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of
September 1989. The following were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

A RESCILMON SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR
1990 CITY BUDGETS
WHEREAS, in accordance with state statutes, the City Council annually adopts
various operating budgets; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to receive information from the public relative
to the proposed budgets; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is annually established for the purpose of obtaining
such resident input; and
NOW, THMMFM, BE IT HEREBY RE MvED BY THE CITY Comm OF THE CITY of
PLYMM H, MINNESOTA that it hereby establishes Monday, October 16, 1989 at
7:30 p.m. as the first public hearing date for public review and coon ent
regarding the 1990 City Budgets; and
FURnM, does hereby direct the City Clerk to cause public notice of such
hearing to be published in the Star Tribune in substantially the form
attached.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
