Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of
September 1989. The following were Present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Zitur

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

WOWAS, the City Council has preliminary approved the operating budgets for
the period cam ming January 1, 1990 and certain monies to finance said
budgets are preliminary required to be raised from ton taxable property
in the City of Plymouth.
