Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Z5th day of September 1989.
The following members were present: Schneider, Sisk, Pasiliou, Ricker, litur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-583
APPP'. `!ING LAWFUL GAMBLING EXF.PTION FOR
WEST MEDICINE LAKE COMMUNITY CLUB
WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by West
Medicine Lake Community Club for an event on October 27, 1989.
MOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that it hereby approves the Lawful Gambling Exemption for West Medicine Lake Community
Club for October 27, 1989; and the City Clerk is directed to notify the State
Charitable Gambling Control Board of this approval.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Schneider, Sisk, Zitur, Vasillou, Ricker
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
