Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of September ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmigmbprs ,
Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitiir and Sisk
The following members were absent: NnnP
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-581
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
10TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 648
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared providing for the following:
Abandon residential water services, night watermain hookup, relocation of
trailer, construction of residsential water service, watermain insulation.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 for 10th Avenue Improvements, Phase II, City Project
No. 648 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 5 for 10th Avenue Improvements, Phase II, City
Project No. 648 by adding $10,503 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $2,114,454.79
Previous Change Orders 106,986.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 - ADD 10,503.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $2,231,944.29
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Silk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
