Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of September ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Cotn ilm mb Vaailiou_ ,

Councilmember Zitur _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-580
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WELL NO. 10 - WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 814
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Seeding areas disturbed by construction in lieu of sodding these areas.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Well No. 10 - Watermain, City Project No. 814 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for the Well No. 10 - Watermain, City Project No.
814 by is recommended for approval

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co +n 11 mher Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
