4W Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of September
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou, Ricker; Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
CounefllmgZher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-579
RECEIVING AMENDED REPORT AND
ORDER REVISED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE
TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 905
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 11, 1989, an amended
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates with respect to
the West Medicine Lake Drive Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements, including
the extension of the trunk sanitary sewer through the proposed Rockford Road Plaza
Addition to its north plat line; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the installation of trunk sanitary sewer,
watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said amended report is being received by the Council on September 25, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council resolution adopted
September 11, 1989.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. previously designated as
engineer for the improvement, shall prepare revised plans and specification for
the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnuncilmpmhpr Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider_ rot ilmembers Vasilio. Ricker- Zitur and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
