Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of SentembeF 19_L9 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent.: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-564
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR RICHARD NESLUND FOR "TRENTON
OAKS" LOCATED NORTH OF TENTH AVENUE NORTH AND ONE BLOCK EAST OF SOUTH SHORE
DRIVE (87069)
WHEREAS, has requested approval for Final Plat for Richard Neslund for
"Trenton Oaks" located north of Tenth Avenue North and one block east of South
Shore Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Richard rslund for "Trenton Oaks" located north of
Tenth Avenue North and one block east of South Shore Drive; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by 'Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
