Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th_ day
of September 19,$2_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-560
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR
K & D CONSTRUCTION (89072)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for K & D Construction
for property located at 235/237 Zinnia Lane under Resolution 88-552;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said lot division:
I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Zoning Ordinance variances are granted or implied.
3. The common property 1 ine between the "East Tract" and the "West Tract"
shall be established consistent with the survey of all Metro Land
Surveyors dated September 5, 1989.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CnunrtInk-mb r Sick , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
