Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of SPF ,-mhpjr 19.$9 _ The following members were present:
Mynr_Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Cntinrilmembgr Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-559
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR K & D CONSTRUCTION (89072)
WHEREAS, K & D Construction has requested approval for a lot division for the
creation of two lots, one for each half of a duplex structure located at
235/237 Zinnia Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lot 9, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth Addition, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
That part of Lot 9, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies west of the
following described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 9;
thence on an assumed bearing of south 89 degrees 11 minutes 29 seconds west
along the north line of said Lot 9 a distance of 57.19 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence south 0 degrees 25 minutes 15
seconds east a distance of 91.00 feet; thence south 20 degrees 44 minutes 50
seconds west a distance of 62.36 feet to the south line of said Lot 9 and said
line there terminating.
PARCEL B:
That part of Lot 9, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies east of the
following described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 9;
thence on an assumed bearing of south 89 degrees 11 minutes 29 seconds west
along the north line of said Lot 9 a distance of 57.19 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence south 0 degrees 25 minutes 15
seconds a distance of 91.00 feet; thence south 20 degrees 44 minutes 50
seconds west a distance of 62.36 feet to the south line of said Lot 9 and said
line there terminating.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
b Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _ Ma or Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasillou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
