Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
ofaaVjgmbgr 19$2_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Counalmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
rnllnrilmPmher Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-557
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR PAUL AND GLADYS KARINIEMI (89071)
WHEREAS, Paul and Gladys Kari,iemi have requested approval for a lot division
for the creation of two lots, one for the existing single family residence,
and one for the development of one single family residence on property located
at 508 Pineview Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 19, Block 2, Wilshire Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
The north 110.00 feet of the west 210.00 feet of Lot 19, Block 2, Wilshire
Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B:
Lot 19, Block 2, Wilshire Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the
north 110.00 feet of the west 210.00 feet.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Caimcilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
