Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of September1989 The following members were present:

The following members were absent: Coon ilm mhpr Sick
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-555
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR MAE LOUISE HEPOKOSKI (89054)
WHEREAS, Mae Louise Hepokoski has requested approval for a lot division for
the creation of two lots, one for the existing single family residence, and
one for the development of one single family residence on property located at
2320 Larch Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 6, Elmhurst, and
lying northwesterly of a line drawn
southwesterly line thereof at a point
from the northwesterly corner of said
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided as follows:
that part of Lot 10, Block 6, Elmhurst,
northeasterly at right angles to the
therein distant 240 feet southeasterly
Lot 10, according to the recorded plat
That part of Lot 10, Block 6, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat
thereof, lying northwesterly of a line drawn northeasterly at right angles to
the southwesterly line thereof at a point thereon distant 240.00 feet
southeasterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 10. ALSO
That part of Lots 11 and 12, Block 6, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat
thereof, lying northerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of Lot 10 of said
Block 6, distant 240.00 feet, southeasterly of the northwest
corner of said Lot 10; thence westerly to a point on the
southwesterly line of said Lot 12, cistant 158.09 feet
northwesterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 12 and said
line there terminating.

That part of Lots 11 and 12, Block 6, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat
thereof, lying southerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of Lot 10 of said
Block 6, distant 240.00 feet southeasterly of the northwest
corner of said Lot 10; thence westerly to a point or, the
southwesterly line of said Lot 12, distant 158.09 feet
northwesterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 12 and said
line there terminating.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vasiliou. Ricker andLitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
