HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-552CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25th day of September , 1989. The following members were present: _Mayor Schneider. Councitm mb rs Vasit n►, , Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur adoption: WHEREAS, Resolution f ixed a date for a Ranchview Lane east Avenue; and introduced the following Resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 89-552 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 9TH AVENUE AND RANCHVIEW LANE STREET AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 947 No. 89-481 of the City Council adopted the 21st day of August, 1989 public hearing with respect to the improvements to 9th Avenue from to Shenandoah Laae and also Ranchview Lane from 9th Avenue to 7th WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of 32 foot wide streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice of the hearing and two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 25th day of Sept., 1989, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted August 21, 1989. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 3. The Special Assessment Committee shall consider the proposed assessments prior to the development contract for the Kuechle Addition coming before the City Council. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, 7irvir and Sjak , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
