Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ragial.r meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 25t -h day of Upt_b- ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. arn ,
Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-551
CANCELLING IMPROVEMENT
MINNESOTA LANE
STREET, STORM SEWER AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 944
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-480 of the City Council adopted the 21st day of August,
1989, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvement of Minnesota
from 9th Avenue to 300 feet north of 9th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 32 foot wide street with
concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and an eight foot wide trail; and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice of the hearing and two weekly publications of the
required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 25th day of September,
1989, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
IDheard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA;
1. Such improvement is hereby cancelled as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted August 21, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmesber Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmesbers VaAttinn- Rirkez. Zitur
and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: Nnne
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
