Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held or: the 11th day of
September 1989. The following were present:
Mayor Schneider,Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker- ur and Sick
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and noved its
adoption:

RESOUMCN DECEARING COST 70 BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR 1989 WEED ERADICATION AND , ROLLS I & 2
MZREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.271 M.S.A., the Weed
Inspector of the City of Plymouth has caused the 1989 Weed Eradication and
Destruction Rolls 1 & 2 on certain lands within said City, and a determination
has been made that certain charges thereto have not been paid as provided by
law, and the total amount of such work amounts to $ 898.13 for Roll 1 and
$2,193.77 for loll 2
NOW, ZHORE, BE IT HEREBY FWMVED BY 7HE CITY C OER CM of 7HE CITY OF
PLYMJfJl'H, M NNESM:
I. The cost of such asses mwtt to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $ 3,091.90.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Weed Inspector,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such inpzvve; Egli. against every assessable lot, piece or parcel
of land within the district affected without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by law, and the clerk shall file a copy of
such proposed assessareztt in the office of the City Clerk for public
inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon tate completion of such proposed assessment
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption C' the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: MAvor Schneider- c in i 1 mh rs V-11 inu, Rir•kar,
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
