Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ming of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the lith day of
September 1989. The following were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Slsk
The following members were absent: Nene
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

DELINMOU WATER, SEWER, AND STREET LIGKMG OR ANNUAL STREET LIGRTING EM
UNIMPROVED FAFKXLS
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 11, 1989 the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for certain charges for
the delinquent water, sewer, and street lighting or annual street lighting for
unimproved parcels within the City as provided by law; and
MOWM, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public
inspection;
NOW, THEIMORE, BE IT M MEBY F=MVED BY THE CITY OOU! CIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. A public hearing shall be held on the 2nd day of October, 1989 in
the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minrmmota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such charges will be given an opport nuty to be
heard with reference to such assesesent.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state
in the notice the total amount of the assesement. The Clerk shall
also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoptior_ of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon Vote being taken thereon, the following
Voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker,
__Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
