Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of
September 1989. The following n*m ers were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk . introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter VII,
Section 715.03, 720.21 and 730.13 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, a determination has been made that certain charges for delinquent
water, sewer and street lighting and street lighting for unimproved parcels
have not been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such charges is
$186,146.01.
NOW, '1'f E, BE IT BERM RESOLVED BY 7M CITY CMWIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The amount of delinquency to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $184,993.09 and the amount of the street lighting
is hereby declared to be $1,152.92.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Director of Finance,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed as provided by law; and the clerk shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for
public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
