IF Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of September ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-544
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1989 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 801
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Furnishing and installing topsoil borrow and the replacement of broken gate
valve top sections, bases, and covers.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1989 Street Reconstruction Program, City
Project No. 801 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the 1989 Street Reconstruction Program, City
Project No. 801 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $965,037.65

THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 12-997.31
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $978,034.96
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmegbers Vasiliou. Ricker. ZitiAr and Sisk ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
