Counci lmnbarn Vani l l n u _ Ricker. 71 tur and Sisk s The following members were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-520 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT GROVES OFFICE PARK AREA - PHASE II CITY PROJECT NO. 648 WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: 10th Avenue North - South Shore Drive to approximately 200 feet east of Bassett Creek South Shore Drive - 11th Avenue North to approximately 320 feet north of the centerline of T.H. 55. by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $1,147,500 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $777,530 so the total cost of the improvement will be $1,925,030 and of this cost the City will pay $1,405,207.65 as its share of the cost; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $519,822.35. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitqr_ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Flavor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker,—, Z tur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
