q Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11t -h day of September
1989. The following members were present: }

RESOLUTION NO. 89- 519
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
CO RD. 61 (NORTHWEST BOULEVARD)
CITY PROJECT NO. 416
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the County of
Hennepin for the following purposes, to wit:
To provide for the improvement of a portion of future County State Aid
Highway No. 61, between Pineview Lane and 165 feet south of 56th Avenue
and providing that this portion of roadway will become a part of the
County State Aid System when there is continuity between existing
County Road 9 and County Road 10 in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. PW 45-17-89, a copy
which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are authorized to
execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contractual obligations contained therein.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Schneider-.-Zitur.-Sisk. Ricker Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
