Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of
September , 1989. The following members were present: ,

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-517
APPROVING RESTRICTION OF LEFT TURNS
COUNTY ROAD 10 TO HENNEPIN COUNTY COMPOST FACILITY
WHEREAS, traffic accidents have resulted from vehicles turning into the
Hennepin County Compost Facility from County Road 10 during peak hours; and
WHEREAS, such left turning traffic creates a public nuisance and potential
traffic congestion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorize the prohibiting
of left turn traffic from County Road 10 into the driveway access for the
Hennepin County Compost Facility between the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coanrilmnmber 74tur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

The following voted against or abstained: Nnnp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
