Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regi7� ar- meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of September ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasilio ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-516
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6
CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION NO. III
CITY PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 has been prepared providing for the following:
1. Upgrade the apparatus bay radiant heating system.
2. Revise radiant heating system piping layout in training room.
3. Add electrical material and labor for Item No. 2 of proposal request No. 10.
4. Install plug mold above turnout racks in apparatus bay.
5. Change three type "Q" light fixtures from surface ceiling mount to wall mount.
6. Remodel turnout rack end caps.
7. Provide power wiring and switching to two air circulating fans in apparatus
bay ceiling.
8. Provide Additional wall insulation in east wail of kitchen and reframe kitchen
pass-through at south wall.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 for Fire Station No. III, City Project No. 615 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 6 for Fire Station No. III, City Project No. 615 by
adding $3,597 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $1,356,400.00
Previous Change Orders - ADD 27,492.50
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 - ADD 3.597.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT .......... $1,387,489.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur. , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasilinn- Rirksar, Z+t„r and ,
Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
