Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day
of Rearemberl9gcL— The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members werL absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-499
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR PLYMOUTH CENTER 3RD ADDITION LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND 37TH AVENUE NORTH (89063)
WHEREAS, has requested approval for Final Plat for Plymouth Center 3rd
Addition located at the southeast corner of Plymouth Bouidevard and 37th
Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for
Plymouth Center 3rd Addition.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: ma or Schneider. Councilmembers Ricker,
The following voted against or abstained Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
