Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day
of RPpmhar 19 89 The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
ng members were absent: None
Councilmcmber Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89- 498
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND 37TH AVENUE NORTH

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located in the southeast quadrant of Plymouth Boulevard and 37th Avenue North
from FRD (Future Restricted Development) District and 6-2 (Shopping Center) to
B-1 (Office Limited Business) District in conjunction with approval of the
Preliminary Plat for Plymouth Center 3rd Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY C'=AIACIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Plymouth Center 3rd Addition to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: may r Schneider. Councilmembers Ricker,
_Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained Councilmember Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
