HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-496CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of septembex 1989 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following members were Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 89-496 APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR A.A.G. BUILDERS (89056) (RPUD 78-6) WHEREAS, A.A.G. Builders has requested approval for an amended RPUD Preliminary Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a garage addition to encroach in the side yard setback from zero to 3 feet at 3375 Rosewood Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the amended RPUD Preliminary Plan for A.A.G. Builders for a garage addition to encroach in the side yard setback from zero to 3 feet located at 3375 Rosewood Lane subject to the following conditions: 1. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied. 2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval. 3. The granting of the permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plans. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
