Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day
of September 19A9_ The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-494
APPROVING AN AMENDED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR PUMP AND
METER SERVICE, INC., FOR LINN, INC., (AMOCO SERVICE STATION) LOCATED AT 10910
STATE HIGHWAY 55 (89040)
WHEREAS, Pump and Meter Service, Inc., for Linn, Inc., has requested an
Amended Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan to relocate the diesel pump
island at the Amoco Service Station located at 10910 State Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for
Pump and Meter Service, Inc., for Linn, Inc., for an Amended Conditional Use
Permit and Site Plan to relocate the diesel pump island at the Amoco Service
Station located at 10910 State Highway 55, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be
verified by the City prior to permit issuance.
6. Closure of the existing access to the site from South Shore Drive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayar s hn d _ Cnunrilmemhers Vasil ou,

The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
