Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the llth day of
September , 1989. The following members were present: ,

introduced the following Resolution and moved
RESOLUTION NO. 891+93
ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
WESTMINSTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-482 of the City Council, adopted the 21st day of
August, 1989, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to street
lighting improvements in the Westminster Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of eight (8)
ornamental residential street lights; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon
the 11th day of September, 1989, at which time all persons desiring to be
heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted August 21, 1989.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will
be done by Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember zftur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
