1W Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of Gppfomber —
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmemb ra vacilin„ ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: Nnnp
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-492
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89-491
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
OUTI.OT A DEERHAVEN SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage utility easement
within Outlot A Deerhaven Second Addition by Resolution No. 89-491
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until:
1. The plat of Deerhaven Third Addition be approved by the City Council and
filed at Hennepin County.
2. A separate easement for the storm sewer be filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembgrg Vanilion- Riekpr} Muir and SinU ,
The following voted against or abstained: Nona
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
