Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of SeptemhPr ,
1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembprs Vanilinu ,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-490
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89-489
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING FOR
OUTLOT B NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage and utility
easement and drainage easement for ponding within Outlot B Northwest Business Campus
Addition Resolution No. 89-489
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until the new
easements are submitted for filing with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couarilmemb— Zitur. , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vani l inti, Ri r ray - Zi r,.,- gMA ,
Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
