O Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpg..lar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of August ,
1904. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembera Vasiliou ,
Rieker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: _ Anne
r+.nniImazdor sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-483
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WELL NO. 11 WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 909
WHEREAS, Change Order No. I has been prepared providing for the following:
Install 18 inch casing
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. I for Well No. 11 Watermain, City Project No. 909 is
recommended for approval;
MGM, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Well No. 11 Watermain, City Project No. 909 is
recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $139,250.00
Previous Change Orders
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 10,,130.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $151,380.00
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Z1rur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker- Zitur and Shalt
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
