Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regti1:!- meetiny of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he -16^n he-16^nthe 21st day
of Aueust , 19&2_The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-473
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CVN COMPANIES, INC.

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for CVN Companies, Inc., located at 1405 Xenium Lane
North wis administratively approved on October 29, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $70,050; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer. City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Site Performance Bond No. 700HR 3643 in the mount of $70,050 which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for CYN Companies, Inc., located at
1405 Xenium Lane North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
b ceuncilmpmher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers
Vawitiou. Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolutior was declared duly passed and adopted.
