Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day
Of August , 1939__The following members were present:
Maygr Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-472
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR NORTHWOOD HOMES FOR
PONDS NORTH (87093)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Northwood Homes for Ponds North located northwest of
54th Avenue North and Nathan was approved under Resolution 87-786; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a 16 letters of credit in the amount of $23,322 each; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction to 5 of the letters of credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the 5 letters of credit in the amount of $23,322 which were submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Northwood Homes for Ponds North located
northwest of 54th Avenue North and Nathan Lane to $3,500 each to cover winter
survivability of landscaping.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote beingg taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained 1 M.Pti.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
